Clementine Marmalade

The whole fruit, including the peel, is used to make marmalade. Clementine peels have less bitterness than their cousins, making this a mellow marmalade that still packs a punch of flavor.

Try it: with dark chocolate

6 oz. & 9 oz. Jars
Ingredients: clementines, cane sugar, lemon juice, fruit pectin
