Tart pie cherries are macerated with sugar and lemon, the slow cooked over cherry wood for 4 hours to soak up the delicate, fruity smoke. Then we add some spices and Ruby Port, and jar 'em up for you!
Try them: In a smoky bourbon cocktail (use the juice, too!), or in a unique bread pudding.
